We offer two training programs for those who would like to use EPICS in their counseling and coaching practice. At EPICS: Career Finder, we believe in helping people discover what they know intuitively about themselves. This knowledge can be the secret to finding personal fulfillment and satisfaction. Understanding one’s personal mode of expression and setting, can make the difference between communicating effectively, and feeling satisfied or being frustrated and uncomfortable. Your client’s EPICS results can dramatically impact their life by making your world a better place.
The school counselors program is for those that want to be able to confidently suggest and guide a student to use EPICS independently or at their school. This is a self-directed program to refresh your knowledge of the Holland themes and how to make the most of the activities offered in the school program.
The counselors and coaches program* is a 3 hour workshop. We at EPICS want to be confident that anyone who uses EPICS in their practice has been trained in the Holland themes, the imagery, as in the interpretation of the individual’s results and can help he or she go deeper as they peel back the layers.
This certification acknowledges you are well versed in the Holland themes, are a licensed or certified counselor, therapist and/or coach. Individual’s can contact you for one on one office or virtual sessions using EPICS. On completion, you will receive a physical deck to use and refer to.
